Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on the shipping method you select during checkout.

  • Expedited Shipping: Options available at checkout for faster delivery times.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

How to Check the Status of Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after you receive the confirmation email.

If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@noirskye.com with your name and order number. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
